  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix the tuna, avocado, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Once the rice is cool, shape it into small squares or circles.
  4. Top each piece of rice with the tuna and avocado mixture.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
