- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 8 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of heavy cream over medium heat until just beginning to simmer.
