- 2 cups sushi rice
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine sushi rice and water. Cook until rice is tender.
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until dissolved, then stir into the cooked rice.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, chicken ham, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, green onions, and turkey bacon.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish and top with nori strips and sesame seeds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy on top.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the sriracha to taste for desired spiciness.
- Can substitute chicken ham with any preferred cooked meat.
