Discover the delightful combination of spinach and feta cheese baked to perfection in tender chicken breasts.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat and stir in feta cheese and oregano.
  4. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach and feta mixture.
  5. Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
  6. Place stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
