  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp with sriracha and mayonnaise.
  3. Layer a ring mold with sushi rice, followed by the shrimp mixture, avocado, and cucumber.
  4. Repeat layers until full.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  6. Carefully remove the ring mold and serve.

Notes

  • Adjust spice levels by adding more or less sriracha according to your taste.
