- 1 pound cooked salmon, flaked
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 sheets nori, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the flaked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, and green onions together.
