Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 pound cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 sheets nori, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flaked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, and green onions together.
  4. Spread cooked sushi rice in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the salmon mixture over the rice and sprinkle nori strips on top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
  7. Serve with soy sauce on the side.
