  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and baking powder; mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in the cooked turkey bacon and half of the cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
