A delicious and simple recipe for One Pan Shakshuka featuring turkey bacon, perfect for any meal of the day.

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté onions, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, spices, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
