- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add diced chicken ham, onion, and garlic to the pot and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, broken lasagna noodles, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the noodles are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve topped with a dollop of ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, and crumbled turkey bacon.
