1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bread pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix together sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
