1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 teaspoons ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 cup raisins or chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
