  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, honey, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Fold in the rolled oats and chopped nuts if using.
  5. Evenly distribute the batter into the muffin tins.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
