  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the zucchinis lengthwise and brush with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the zucchini for about 4-5 minutes on each side until tender and grill marks appear.
  4. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with fresh dill and garlic powder.
  5. Assemble the wraps by placing grilled zucchini, chickpeas, and feta on the tortillas.
  6. Drizzle with herbed yogurt and roll the tortillas up tightly.
  7. Cut in half and serve.
