2 medium zucchinis
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
4 whole wheat tortillas
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Slice the zucchinis lengthwise and brush with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill the zucchini for about 4-5 minutes on each side until tender and grill marks appear.
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with fresh dill and garlic powder.
