- 500 grams ground chicken
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup spinach
