  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spareribs by removing the membrane from the back.
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, ground ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Place the spareribs in the crockpot and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Set the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once done, serve the ribs with the sauce reduced if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight before cooking.
  • Adjust the sweetness by increasing or decreasing the amount of honey.
