- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 6 flour tortillas
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, cooked rice, taco seasoning, and half of the cheese.
- Layer the tortillas in a baking dish, then add the chicken mixture on top.
- Top with remaining tortillas and cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
