  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
  5. Dip each zucchini slice in the flour, then the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
