- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup spinach

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
