  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the shrimp. Cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for another minute.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, spinach, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Mix in the cooked linguine until well coated.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • You can add sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
