- 2 cups spinach
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place chicken breasts on top and spread pesto over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
