- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
