- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup additional granulated sugar
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir in the melted butter until combined.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, toss the cranberries with lemon juice and additional sugar, then spread over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the cranberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
