  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup additional granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Stir in the melted butter until combined.
  4. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, toss the cranberries with lemon juice and additional sugar, then spread over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the cranberries.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
