These Cranberry Crumble Bars are a deliciously sweet and tangy treat, perfect for any occasion. Easy to make and utterly indulgent!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries and granulated sugar. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries begin to burst.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  5. Spread the cranberry mixture over the crumb base.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining crumble on top of the cranberries.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
