A delicious take on the traditional crab rangoon, perfect for dipping.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  3. Stir in the imitation crab meat, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Serve hot with crackers or bread.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce to the mixture before baking.
