  • 1 pound green beans
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  2. Remove the bacon and set aside. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic.
  3. Add the potatoes and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the green beans, cooked bacon, salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
  5. Cover and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until green beans are tender.
