- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix the cheese and onions.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Layer the cheese and onion mixture on top.
