  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add onion and carrots, cooking until soft.
  3. Add diced chicken ham and peas, stirring well.
  4. Push ingredients to the side and scramble the eggs in the pan.
