  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, then crumble.
  2. In the same pot, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion, carrots, and celery; sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in chicken broth, potatoes, garlic powder, and paprika. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and crumbled turkey bacon. Cook until cheese is melted.
