Cheddar Bay Biscuit Seafood Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup scallops
  • 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, and scallops.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup, cheese, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning; mix well.
  4. Transfer the seafood mixture to a greased pie dish.
  5. Prepare the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix according to package instructions, adding the milk.
  6. Spread the biscuit mixture on top of the seafood mixture.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
