- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups ripe mashed bananas
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

- In another bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together.
