  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in diced apples and pour over the crust.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set.
  8. Cool completely and refrigerate before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle some cinnamon over the apples before folding them in.
