This Alice Springs Chicken recipe is a delicious and easy-to-make copycat version of the Outback Steakhouse favorite, featuring tender chicken breasts topped with turkey bacon and a creamy honey mustard sauce.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
  4. In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear until golden, about 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Top each chicken breast with turkey bacon and shredded cheese.
  6. Drizzle honey mustard dressing over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
