Ingredients
Scale
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup honey mustard dressing
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Season the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear until golden, about 5 minutes on each side.
Top each chicken breast with turkey bacon and shredded cheese.
Drizzle honey mustard dressing over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve warm, garnished with additional honey mustard if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in honey mustard dressing for a few hours before cooking.
Feel free to substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if preferred.
