Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup additional mozzarella cheese for topping
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni or your favorite toppings

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Press the chicken mixture into a pizza shape on a piece of parchment paper.
  5. Transfer the crust to the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  6. Remove the crust from the air fryer, spread pizza sauce over it, and sprinkle more mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Add your favorite toppings.
  8. Return to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
  • You can use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
