- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup additional mozzarella cheese for topping
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni or your favorite toppings
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Press the chicken mixture into a pizza shape on a piece of parchment paper.
- Transfer the crust to the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- Remove the crust from the air fryer, spread pizza sauce over it, and sprinkle more mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add your favorite toppings.
- Return to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
