  • 4 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, onion, and green bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Warm flour tortillas in a separate pan.
  5. Assemble the burritos by placing scrambled egg mixture on each tortilla, add turkey bacon, cheese, lettuce, and salsa.
