This Tomato Zucchini Pasta dish combines fresh vegetables with turkey bacon for a delightful and healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 zucchinis, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add zucchini and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
