1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and parsley until well combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with your favorite sauce or gravy.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, add sour cream to the gravy.
