  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and boil the potatoes until fork-tender.
  3. Drain and mash the potatoes in a large bowl.
  4. Add sour cream, milk, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes and mix until creamy.
  5. Fold in turkey bacon, chicken ham, half of the shredded cheese, and green onions.
