- 1/2 pound turkey bacon
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado, diced
