  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked turkey bacon, spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
