- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels and melted butter; mix well.
- Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water and let it cool slightly.
