  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, combine strawberries, honey, and vanilla extract. Spread over the crust.
  6. Top with remaining crumb mixture and press down gently.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
