A delicious blend of flavors that combines the richness of cheesecake with the earthy notes of matcha and the sweetness of strawberries.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and matcha powder until incorporated.
  6. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by pureed strawberries, then top with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow it to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours before serving.
