- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 pound broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. Form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- While meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce by mixing brown sugar and hoisin sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the broccoli florets to the pan and cook until tender.
