- 4 cups water
- 1 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine sushi rice and water, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until rice is tender.
