  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  3. In a pot, combine sushi rice and water, then bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until rice is tender.
  5. In a bowl, mix cooked salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, and salt.
  6. Spread the cooked rice in a baking dish and layer the salmon mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through.
  8. Garnish with green onions and nori strips before serving.
