1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Salt to taste
Instructions
Marinate the beef with soy sauce, gochugaru, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
