  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.
  2. In a bowl, mix together gochugaru, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sugar.
  3. Pour the mixture over the cooked beef and stir until well combined.
  4. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  5. In a separate pan, mix the creamy sauce ingredients and heat until warmed through.
  6. Combine the ramen and beef mixture, then drizzle with creamy sauce.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions.
