Indulge in the delightful combination of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker with these easy S’mores Tartlets.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a muffin tin to form tartlet shells.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  6. Fill each tartlet with chocolate chips and top with mini marshmallows.
  7. Bake again for 2-3 minutes until the marshmallows are toasted.
  8. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
