A delicious and easy slow cooker recipe for pepper steak that the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 3 bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the flank steak into thin strips.
  2. Chop the bell peppers and onion.
  3. Add the olive oil to the slow cooker, then layer the steak, peppers, and onion.
  4. Mince the garlic and add it to the slow cooker.
  5. In a bowl, mix the beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper, then pour it over the meat and veggies.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
