  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the pepperoncini peppers and their juice over the roast.
  3. Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix and pour the beef broth on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
