- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them.
