  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Season the cube steak with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  2. Place the steak in the slow cooker.
  3. Add sliced onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the steak is tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
  6. Stir the slurry into the cooker 30 minutes before serving to thicken the sauce.
